How it is made

At Nan Chuan in Anping, the strawberries come straight from Dahu in Miaoli. The ice gets a house-made strawberry milk foam on top, with pearls and small rice balls mixed in.

How to eat it

Go between November and April, when the strawberries are in season.

Nan Chuan is an old-style ice parlour in Anping that mainly sells seasonal strawberry ices, along with other milk and fruit ices and drinks.
