What to order
豬心冬粉
Pork heart glass noodle soup
Fresh pork heart cooked in an aluminium cup set in hot water, as the founder did almost 70 years ago, so it stays tender and crisp. The light broth is sweet with fresh ginger.
About this dish →鴨腳翅
Herbal braised duck feet and wings
Duck feet and wings stewed with Chinese herbs, which food writers list as the other dish to order. The pork ribs are cooked the same way.
