鍋燒意麵

Guo-shao yi mian

Yi mian made with duck egg, cooked in a bonito broth the founder learned from a Japanese chef, and topped with two hand-battered tempura shrimp and fried fish cake. The family has kept the bonito base rather than switching to shacha.
