History
The houses were the First Judicial New Village, homes for staff of the Tainan prison, the detention centre and the local branches of the High Court and the prosecutors' office. The park takes its name from a blueprint-style mural that the artist Liu Guo-cang painted on the walls of demolished houses on Hai'an Road during the road's art project; it was erased in the early 2010s, and Liu made a three-dimensional blueprint for the new park's entrance. The city's culture bureau worked with the National Property Administration from 2012, and the park opened in December 2015.

矮仔成蝦仁飯Ai Zai Cheng Shrimp Rice
A century-old name in Tainan shrimp rice, dating from 1922 and founded by a cook trained in a Japanese restaurant. Now in its fourth generation on Haian Road, it shared its recipe for the 2024 inauguration banquet.
誠實鍋燒意麵Cheng Shi
A shop down a winding lane, furnished with school desks, serving pot-cooked yi mian in a light kombu broth without the usual fried toppings and hotpot extras.
阿村牛肉湯（保安路）A Cun Beef Soup (Baoan Road)
Baoan Road beef soup shop running since 1968, open mainly from before dawn to midday. Hand-sliced beef from three or four Taiwanese cuts is partly cooked by hot broth made from beef bones and vegetables.
保安路米糕Bao An Lu Migao
A family migao shop on Baoan Road with pavement tables. The founder began more than 50 years ago, carrying migao around town on a shoulder pole. The rice is steamed in wooden tubs.
八寶彬圓仔惠Yuan Zai Hui (Guohua Street)
Third-generation shaved ice and sweet soup shop on Guohua Street, open for over 50 years. Every bowl takes five toppings from more than ten, all made in-house each day.
阿文米粿A Wen Rice Cake
A small Bao'an Road shop, opened in 2016, that steams its own rice cake and fries it to order. Photos of the dishes hang on the walls, which helps first-timers.
